Rochester

November 11th, Annual Holiday Art Market: Each year, Paint Creek Center for the Arts (PCCA) transforms it's main floor Art Market into a festive holiday market. This year, the Holiday Art Market will be held from November 11th through December 22nd. A special reception will be held on November 11th from 3-7pm in tandem with the opening reception for our annual Student & Faculty exhibit in the upstairs gallery. Find more information here.

November 22nd, Royal Park Hotel Thanksgiving To-Go: Enjoy Thanksgiving with family and friends this year and leave the cooking to the Royal Park Hotel. Pick up a feast that serves 4-6 guests on November 22nd from 4-6PM.

November 25th, Small Business Saturday – Downtown Rochester: Small Business Saturday is a day dedicated to supporting small businesses across the country. Founded by American Express in 2010, this day is celebrated every year on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. We encourage everyone to shop small in Downtown Rochester!

November 29th, A Christmas Carol: Enjoy a festive show at Meadow Brook Theatre of the annual A Christmas Carol performance from 2-6PM. Purchase tickets here

 

Lake Orion

November 11th, Fall in Love with Wellness Health Fair: Prepare to indulge in a wide range of rejuvenating experiences and treatments. We have an exciting lineup planned, including reiki, massage, healings, biofeedback, aura picture photography, and more to be announced soon! Our team of experts will be there to guide you through these transformative practices. Learn more.

November 16th, Sing & Stroll: Kick off the holiday season with Lake Orion’s Tree Lighting Ceremony. Pictures with Santa & Mrs. Claus, Live Entertainment, Fire Pits, Roasting Marshmallows and Hot Cocoa will keep you warm and festive until our business person of the year flips the switch and lights the tree. November 24th, Holiday Stroll at Canterbury Village: Tis the season! Enjoy Numerous exciting Holiday displays with live characters bringing the holidays to life! Bring your letter to Santa Claus and drop it in our mailbox for special delivery to SANTA. Purchase tickets here.

November 25th, Shop Small Saturday: Shop Small, Shop Local! Check in at the DDA table on Broadway & Flint to receive SWAG, shopping guide, shopping passport and some hot cocoa. Shop small event is from 10-2PM. Save the date.

 

Auburn Hills

November 2nd, Take Flight Comedy Night: Join Blue Skies Brewery for the next edition of our wildly popular Take Flight Comedy Night, presented by Dan Brittain Comedy! Step aboard with five comedians: Ree Ledbetter, M?ark Hamilton, Dan Brittain, Jason Gilleran and headliner Ken Witzgall! Please note that the show will contain adult language and content, so guests must be age 18 and over during the event. Find tickets here.

November 13th, Burgdorf’s Winery Winemakers Dinner: Deb Burgdorf and co-owner Dave Burgdorf will be here to lead us through a series of their wines and share more information about the winery, while the team from Wooden Whisk Creations serves up a multi-course gourmet dinner that pairs perfectly with the featured wine. The $80 cost includes the meal, paired wine and a $5 credit toward take-home purchase of Burgdorf's wine that night. Purchase your ticket here.

November 16th, Boot Scootin Boogie:  Auburn Hills Parks and Recreation presents Boot Scootin' Boogie, an event for individuals age 18 and older with developmental disabilities, will include a DJ, music, dancing and pizza. Cost is $10/participant and $5/caregiver. Preregistration with payment required by Friday, Nov. 10.
